Description du poste et MissionsWe are looking for a Business Controller to oversee operations and performance at our plants in Morocco and France. The Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, finance, and plant operations, as well as experience in managing financial teams. The Plant Business Controller will be a crucial member of the finance team and will work closely with operations and the plant finance manager to ensure the plant's financial performance meets or exceeds expectations.Your Responsibilities- Perform monthly closing and reporting activities: actual, variance analysis, rolling forecast, and support plant finance manager in France and Morocco.- Perform closing activities using SAP in an accurate and timely manner.- Supervise accounting operations, including Billing, Project Labour, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition, and process monthly journals.- Work closely with Accounting and Project Managers to ensure projects are followed up on and ensure assets are capitalized timely.- Secure creation of new orders and process change orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date data in the ERP system.- Support Management in analysis, follow-up, and reporting of the financial performance.- Provide ad hoc analysis and reports on the financial performance- Monitor and evaluate financial risks throughout the lifecycle of projects.- Support during internal and external audits and ensure that locations are aligned with group procedures and processes.- Collaborate with GBS and support finance function at the plants to ensure timely closure of periods.Profil recherchéYour Profile- 1-2 years of accounting or controlling experience preferably in an industrial company.- Understanding of financial accounting principles and practices, including US GA

Exigences: your Profile, 1-2 years of accounting or controlling experience preferably in an industrial company, understanding of financial accounting principles and practices, including US GAAP and IFRS, proven track record of understanding industrial processes and linking them to financial procedures
