Responsabilités
- you will support the continuous improvement of standard agreements, policies and processes
- evangelize the Dynatrace vision through product demonstrations, in-market events and account specific initiatives
- consult with VP- and C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Dynatrace; position Dynatrace relative to the competition
Voir plus +1 - you will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, primarily for software licensing and related services, in collaboration with sales, services, finance and other business units; as well as other commercial contracts such as DPAs, NDAs, partner agreements, etc

- motivated and tenacious self-starter who consistently delivers high performance against quota driven by VP- and C-level relationships
- understanding of intellectual property, licensing, SaaS, revenue recognition, privacy and other legal matters that arise in the connect of commercial transactions
- proven ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations; while compressing decision cycles
- outstanding communication , negotiation and presentations skills
- strong contract analysis, drafting and negotiation skills
- collaborate internally across all supporting resources within sales to maximize your effectiveness and advance the sales process
- excellent communication skills
- APM experience is a plus, but not necessary
- must be fluent in French and English
- ability to blend in a fine small team of lawyers, ready to lend a hand and be team oriented
- strong experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including but not limited to software licenses , professional services, reseller and referral agreements, and vendor/supplier contracts
- able to provide quick, concise and practical advice consistent with Dynatrace business objectives and processes, while ensuring business needs are met
- strong commercial sensibilities, and ability to work closely with business people on their terms, and to negotiate some commercial terms as well as legal terms
- strategic and pragmatic thinking
- expertise in Privacy or Intellectual Property is a plus
- able to work and act decisively in a fast-paced, Quarter-end driven high activity environment; comfortable in managing and responding to messages quickly and balancing multiple deals at one time
- excellent judgment, attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are a must; strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills
