Exigences

Exigences

  • bachelors or master’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture
  • proven knowledge of real estate development cycle including land / building acquisitions, feasibility studies, transactions
  • fluent in French and a good command of English
  • 3 to 5 years experience in Industrial development, land entitlement, and construction
  • good understanding of building law concerning design and execution of projects
  • project management experience with a General Contractor and Developer is preferred. Additional experience on Design/Build projects is desirable but not require

  • demonstrated ability in providing creative solutions and complex problem solving
