- première expérience dans l’entretien d’espaces verts, plantations et récoltes dans une ferme biologique ou dans un château
- sensibilité aux productions horticoles, maraichères bio, permaculture et/ou verger bio
- organisation, réactivité et capacité à gérer les priorités
- sens du détail et excellent sens du service client
- permis CACES/ Permis B serait un plus
- CDD de 5 mois à pourvoir ASAP
Responsabilité
- veiller quotidiennement au parfait état de présentation et propreté des espaces extérieurs et des végétaux
- être source de proposition pour optimiser la gestion du temps et des coûts
- mettre en valeur les espaces visibles pour développer la satisfaction des clients
- entretenir, planter et récolter les fruits et légumes présents dans tous les jardins
- apporter son assistance dans la création des jardins du Château Micault, des différentes zones nouvelles, serres, potager, verger, cours intérieures, des allées et des jardins verticaux/intérieurs
- veiller à la lutte contre les nuisibles, les insectes et tout autre parasites pouvant nuire à l’état général des végétaux et arbres
- être responsable de la meilleure utilisation des produits et matériels nécessaires à l’entretien des espaces verts, dans le respect des normes et des exigences internes
