Exigences
- experience with regulated industries ideally with pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments
- experience in MES; PAS-X experience would be a plus
- A Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or Computer Science is required
- service oriented mindset and autonomy
- ability for team work
- 1 to 10 years of software support experience with large scale applications in a consulting / support / training role
- languages: French , English , German would be a plus
- the positions are based in Toulouse with frequent trips to France and abroad
Responsabilité
- manage customer’s process design specifications translation activities
- test the PAS-X software against developed specifications
- investigate and resolve client issues – troubleshooting
