Exigences

  • university degree / MBA or equivalent in business / strategy / management
  • fluent in French and English
  • minimum 10 years leadership / managerial experience in FMCG / Blue chip companies, Spirits / Drinks industry preferred
  • strong knowledge of national retailer landscape
  • experience in leading larger teams with multiple direct reports
  • high level of strategic, conceptual and data analytics skills
  • strong communicator with the ability to influence in all levels internally, externally, and x-functional
  • action-biased and output-oriented approach towards ambitious targets

Responsabilité

  • own, steer and coordinate the commercial activity calendar
  • create the Channel / Customer Segmentation On-Trade
  • secure the annual budget for channel or customer activation
  • the role will report to Commercial Marketing Manager and will work very closely with Sales and Marketing
  • define Role of channel for Brand and Role of Brand for Channel
