- analyse the market and identify opportunities of development
- ensuring an active portfolio of clients
- personalize Training Program
- ad-hoc projects
- ensuring weekly communication with clients
- mastering the Client onboarding process from BD to placement
- negotiate contract conditions and act as an advisor between your clients and candidates
