the ability to work independently as well as the ability to identify when senior or outside counsel should be consulted
experience developing and managing policies and procedures regarding contracts and commercial relationships, including development of appropriate form documents and clauses
A strong client service focus and the ability to efficiently prioritize workflow and manage multidimensional projects in a fast-paced environment
understanding of how to balance legal risk with business objectives and successfully get deals closed

be able to address a majority of technical questions concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture and general feature / functionality of our product
address the customer questions concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture and general functionality of Denodo’s product
in this position you will work directly with engineers: our own staff, our partners, and our customers
provide timely, prioritized and complete customer-based feedback to Product Management, Sales and Services regarding the customer business cases, requirements and issues
provide functional and technical architecture guidelines to bridge the clients’ business needs with their infrastructure and operational constraints
provide timely, prioritized and complete customer-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and/or Development regarding client’s business cases, requirements and issues
advise the clients on additional resource and staff needs
help customers define the duties, responsibilities and teams to manage and operate the Denodo deployment
