Responsabilité
- contribute to the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, details and specifications
- conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during construction
- contribute to all project phases: project strategy, test fits, schematic plans and conceptual designs for schematic design, refine design solutions for design development, collaborating with multiple disciplines
Exigences
- fluent in French & English
- experience in project leadership, excellent client liaison and team management skills
- have a proactive, problem solving attitude and be able to work closely with the wider consultancy team to develop innovative technical design solutions
- registered Architect in France would be beneficial
- A good working knowledge of Revit is essential
- has a good understanding of FF&E, colour and material specification and development
- strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship-management skills
