  • générer de nouvelles affaires, projets avec de nouveaux clients utilisateurs finaux
  • gestion et coopération avec les partenaires de distribution et formation aux produits et applications
  • rapports sur les comptes, les activités et les pipelines via logiciel CRM
  • planification des ventes et du budget et prévision du chiffre d'affaires attendu
  • reporting régulier des résultats
  • participation à des expositions locales et nationales
  • coordonner et exécuter les activités de vente sur le territoire défini, conformément aux objectifs de vente en suivant la stratégie de vente

Exigences

  • formation idéalement en commerce et économie
  • 5 ans d'expérience min dans la vente B2B

key account manager

Exigences

  • fluent in French & good knowledge of English
  • strong knowledge & understanding of Key Accounts, competitors & distributor’s business
  • financial literacy
  • strong communication skills, ability to manage change & work in teams and individually
  • commercial awareness partnered with a strategic & analytical mind-set
  • good negotiation, influencing, and conflict mediation skills to support rapid decision and problem resolution
  • 5-7 years professional experience including minimum 3 years of Key Account Management

Responsabilité

  • defines & implements specific strategies for the achievement of profitable growth
  • conducts annual negotiations and monitors the implementation of agreed trading conditions
  • acts as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions : Marketing, Finance, other KAM’s, …
  • maximizes the listing opportunities for the FHCS product range & promotes the listing of newly developed products in national & international accounts
  • forecasts sales volumes on a monthly basis & promotional on top sales
