data analyst
Responsabilité
- define, create and optimise the dashboards that will enable the management of Kard's business and operational activities
- initiate strategic analysis, enabling Kard's teams to identify and act on future growth levers for our product
- analyse user behaviour within the app to translate it into actionable recommendations for the product team
- support Kard's marketing team by helping them target the right audiences and measure the performance of their campaigns
- contribute to the development of tools to improve the quality of the data collected and its exploitation by the business teams
- promote data literacy across the company, organise and hold workshops
- you will be the first joiner of Kard's data department, currently reporting directly to the founder & COO, and there is a lot to do
- kard aims to remedy the problem by enabling kids to start their financial journey, learn about money, spending and saving at an earlier age, while having the means to do the things they want with ease and flexibility
Exigences
- you have at least a first successful professional experience in data analysis, ideally in a start-up, tech or consulting environment
- you are obsessed with details
- you are a graduate of a top-tier Engineering or Business school
- you are strong technically: you perfectly master the creation of dashboards and reports using SQL / data modelling.It's a plus if you have experience coding in Python
- you speak both French and English fluently
- you have outstanding data-driven storytelling and visualisation skills.Knowledge of Looker is a huge plus
- you have great communication skills and know how to interact with non-technical colleagues
