  • able to take ownership, make decisions, and work independently
  • demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and lead continuous improvement
  • flexibility skills required
  • english and French fluent

Responsabilité

  • prepare, update, and report financial dashboards weekly to the management
  • get the presentation ready and validate monthly Quality Review Meeting reports
  • identify bottlenecks and propose internal adjustments with the Global Delivery Manager
  • contribute to tender responses and support bid management processes
  • lead or contribute to technical interviews and recruitment, ensuring agile hiring cycles
  • provide accurate forecasts and financial visibility on upcoming months
  • act as the point of contact for escalations, issue resolution, and performance discussions
  • optimize margins by identifying and correcting loss-making activities
