in this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing in-game economies that align with Roblox gameplay standards
you will ensure that our simulator and tycoon-style games are engaging, balanced, and built for long-term player retention and monetization

Exigences
minimum 2 ans d’expérience en Game Design
proven experience as a Game Economy Designer or similar role, ideally on Roblox-style Simulator or Tycoon games
strong knowledge of free-to-play design and monetization systems
hands-on skills in development/balancing implementation, ideally with Lua scripting
analytical mindset with the ability to interpret player data and identify optimization opportunities
proactive and passionate about analyzing competitor games and industry trends
fluent in English to collaborate effectively with international teams
passion for games, user-generated content platforms, and player-centered design
