Responsabilité

  • assist with the collation and analysis of post incident impact data and the subsequent production of any internal or external reports. Log any support requests received and ensure the incident is assigned appropriately
  • you will provide local knowledge and be responsible for communicating status and reports to customer into common language for their staff
  • work with the TNS Global NOC staff to ensure that local information is centralized and available, including customer and supplier information
