Responsabilité

  • service Incident & Problem Management- To provide subject matter expert advice and assistance in the identification and diagnosis of problems
  • execution of test plans for internal QA
  • provide consultative services to Client to ensure the solution is efficient and meets the Client's needs
  • lead client requirements gathering sessions / workshops
  • to assist the client in the adoption of the resulting solution, to ensure that the client gains maximum benefit from the implementation
  • assist in RFP and presales activity
  • ensure approval and sign off of all necessary project deliverables
  • ensure standard processes and procedures are followed in accordance with Ventiv Technology governance standards

Exigences

  • ability to motivate and lead project teams
  • knowledge of project management lifecycle
  • experience in risk & insurance industry a distinct advantage
  • prince2 or PMP certification
  • willing to travel on a frequent basis in this Region
  • highly motivated and works well both independently and in a team environment
