Responsabilité

  • we strive to innovate and enhance our customers' ability to communicate within today's digital, cloud and real-time business environments
  • our team is composed of highly-motivated, energetic and customer-focused Team Members that expand existing accounts/channels and find new clients for company products and services
  • support the implementation process by maintaining customer contact, answering service billing questions and effecting a smooth and successful transition to account management and post-implementation
  • close new business according to targets, objectives and plans
  • identify and properly qualify business opportunities
  • contact new and existing customers, educating them about Vonage products and service capabilities
  • support team and cross-functional projects as assigned

Exigences

  • understanding of the Dach market
  • excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening

  • develop and drive sales strategies, discuss account trends, advise on changes and coordinate quotes and sales opportunities with customer success and service managers on a regular basis

Exigences

  • ability to speak English, Italian and/or any other European language
  • A self starter attitude, creativity and curiosity with the focus and openness it takes to work both independently and collaboratively across the business
