pilot & report the performance of existing LDC Juices downstream projects
Structure and prepare monthly reporting of the downstream projects to be communicated to the platform management: profitability, volume, quality updates; risks opportunities
support the development of recommendations to enter the downstream space
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to valid or invalid potential downstream projects business plan
