Exigences

  • reliable in execution, strong planner, with commercial and initiative skills, you are proactive rather than reactive
  • you have the capacity of challenging the valuation reports
  • you have financial and cash flow modelling skills, skills in evaluating financing risk and has a critical mind
  • client and service minded; you are able to communicate to a broad public
  • graduated in finance or law from a Business School or within a Master in Finance, you could work in French and English
  • you have a strong presentation skills towards clients with organizational skills and high standards of work
  • flexibility in your job assignment and time schedules, open-minded, you are able to handle peaks in workload
  • you have a proven experience in a real estate financing position in France with an expertise in the French real estate market, with 1 to 2 years’ experience on execution of real estate financing transaction

Responsabilité

  • participating in the loan origination and development/ strengthening of the client base
  • preparing various reporting on the activity and profitability of the branch
  • the candidate will be in charge of helping in originating financing files with the Directors of the branch on analyzing the business opportunities and executing the real estate financing in order to maximize the presence with the best quality
