Ok cool would it mean that you were satisfied with the quality of the wood? Can you recommend them to your loved ones?

Je suis vraiment désolé. Est ce la première fois que vous avez un soucis avec cette structure ? Soyez encore un peu patient je pense qu'ils réagiront.
Je souhaiterai que l'on puisse au moins me rappeler ! Dans le premier message on devait revenir vers moi pour une reprogrammation du RDV pour la livraison.

Mais si vous constatez qu'ils ne vous rappelle pas pourquoi ne le faites vous pas a votre tour ? Et s'il arrivait qu'ils ont perdu votre contact comment allez vous le savoir ?
Bonjour, je viens de tomber sur votre site d'avis que je ne connais pas, tous les clients qui nous achetés du bois ont tous été mis aux courant de l'arrêt de la société pour une autre activité, en se qui concerne la vente de bois chauffage celle ci a été reprise par une jeune femme qui va poursuivre la vente de bois, soyez respectueux envers cette jeune femme qui fait de son mieux !!!,merci pour elle

I bought wood from la Forestiers in La Forge until they closed and recommended you to me in ?2018/9 and until 2023 I was very satisfied with the quality of the wood I purchased. Last year however I had difficulty in placing my order and it took many calls to do so. I ordered 10 steres and received a maximum of seven. Three people who were able (two of them having their own affinage in the forest) checked the quantity and the highest amount was seven steres. I sent pictures of ,my 2023 wood stack and similar photos of stacks in the same place for 10 steres in 2022 and 2021. I had ordered wood of 50cm but quite a few logs have needed sawing as they were 60+cm and would not fit in my stove. Also the individual logs were larger than usual and as I am handicapped with arthritis in much of my body I am having difficulty in putting them on my stove... Finally at least a quarter of the wood was not fully seasoned... I am having to use it and as I have been burning wood since the late 1960's I can manage to use it with better seasoned logs but am concerned I could be affecting my chimney... I was waiting for a visit from the company in late August to see their delivery before I started burning it... but no further contact until last week when I received a letter saying Buches Breizh was restarting trading. I have responded asking what would happen regarding my missing steres and also the unused too large logs. I also said i would be happy to use the company again if I am assured I will be supplied with the quality of wood I was used to in earlier years. I live in Lanouee between the Lanouee Forest and Buches Breizh and have regard that burning wood produces the carbon that was used while the trees were growing... and keeping fuel miles to a minimum will also help keep the planet clean.

Ah si je comprends bien ils font du démarchage ? Ou alors c'est à votre demande qu'ils vous ont contacté?
Hello, I don't think it was a canvas. Either a response to one of my letters I posted in their yard ( from May until last week!) because they recognized I was a 'valued customer ' and offered a discount! It could be of course they had seen the posts we made and looked for signs of the letters??? Between you and me my problem has been sorted.

Ah that's great, that reassures me in this case, if you are a valued customer, does that mean that you are used to ordering? If so, is the wood of good quality?
My wood was delivered as expected on the 12th. 10 steres of lovely dry chestnut.logs split and seasoned and cut to 50cm so a warm winter ahead for me
I am delighted for you. Do you have the possibility to check if the wood in advance if it is not wet?
As a follow on frim this post... I am re. handicapped so do not stack my own wood but a lovely man does it for me. He is used to such work and was concerned about the amount of wood I thought had been delivered and thought I was three+ steres short. Two other friends, one of whom cuts his own wood from the same forest, agreed with him that I did not have 10 steres. I found pictures of previous deliveries of 9 steres from Ar Breizh and the stack in both cases was clearly bigger... I corresponded with Ar Breizh via Marie and Gaby and in their last answer at the beginning of August they said they would call with me to see my stack... since then nothing so think I may be responding to a closed mailbox. Does anyone have a current email contact for them or has heard from them??? Or who has had a similar problem? Or advice on what I should do? I do not think the wood I have will last me the winter and cannot afford to buy more elsewhere.

Bonjour je suis vraiment navré pour vous; vous étiez supposé avoir votre commande quand exactement?
J'ai habituellement ma commande en juin, mais je l'avais demandée en mai de cette année lorsque j'ai eu de l'aide pour l'empiler. J'aimerais toujours la livraison si quelqu'un me contactait pour organiser la journée. Je n'utilise pas le téléphone et les années précédentes j'ai parlé à l'un des chauffeurs ou un mot a été déposé dans ma boîte aux lettres. Je vais continuer à essayer d'attraper quelqu'un au dépôt de Lanouée
C'est vraiment étrange tout de même, est ce la première fois que ça se passe comme ça depuis tout ce temps ?

Si vous pouviez contacter le dépôt de Lanouée et leur demander de me faire savoir quand ils pourront me livrer 10 stères de bûches fendues de châtaignier très prochainement, je vous en serais très reconnaissant. Un problème d'audition m'empêche d'utiliser le téléphone, mais je peux envoyer un e-mail, donc une adresse à laquelle envoyer une confirmation serait utile.
Ceux là sont plus réactifs selon vous ou plus fiables ?
In previous years, YES but this year I have not had any response which was the reason for my previous comment... I am now looking for my 2023 wood supply elsewhere...
