My husband and I, both foreign citizens, were looking for a pied-a terre in Nice for quite some time.
Not knowing the areas very well and the choices are overwhelming. I felt I lost a lot of time visiting properties everywhere and all over the place in areas not to our liking.
I found John-Royes' website and contacted Tina. She right away asked me the right questions and narrowed our search down.
I was in town for only a couple of more days and she was very professional and flexible and ultra efficient in visiting some apartments that responded to our criteria. She was honest and straight-forward and did not try to upsell like most agents in Nice do.
We put in an offer and she reacted quickly with her client.
The rest of the process also was very easy as she knows the notaires and banking contacts really well.
For me she is a delightful, friendly and professional person. Any help that we needed after buying the apartment she was there for us.
We will definitely use John-Royce services again when needed in the future without hesitation.
