The employee on the phone was extremely rude and hanged out the line while I was politely talking to her and trying to understand why my mom’s application was not processed.
In my quality as French Embassy staff, I couldn’t even imagine a stuff more rude and treats people like a trash. Never again treating with the Embassy of Ireland.
Just be careful about the very bad image you give about your country.
