My first cooking class in Nice, France with Chef *** , and I hope it will not be my last! I learned so much about navigating the food markets in France, how to select seasonal, fresh produce and what makes for a delicious *** meal. *** provided a fun, educational class, with several new cooking techniques that I can apply in my kitchen for friends and family upon return from traveling back to the USA.
