Avis EV MMC FRANCE

ENGEL&VÖLKER ESPAÑA : NONE TRANSPARENCY AND WASTE OF TIME !

This agency hasn’t any transparency.
I called them to visit an apartment in Valencia historic center and for 5 days the agent told me that the owner couldn’t be available for a visit.
This agent ( Francisco ) didn’t even propose any dates for a visit !
5 days later the agency told me that this apartment which was a very good opportunity was already sold and had an offer.
But the first agent never said about this offer for the 5 days before .
I have a few vocal messages from him telling me « there is no problem , don’t worry, this apartment is available, wait a bit ».
Well, as I m very disappointed, I wanted to call the owner directly to verify what is the true , but Engel&Volker refused to provide the contact.
Not clear at all ! Engel&Volker is a waste of time !!
