Working on the FX20 team has been one of the most rewarding challenges of my career. It isn't often that you get to see a project go from a complex engineering goal to a machine that is literally changing how aerospace and defense industries think about production. What I value most about the environment here is the shared sense of mission; we aren't just selling a printer, we are solving "unsolvable" problems by replacing heavy metal parts with high-temperature, flight-ready composites.
