Quelqu'un pourrait-il expliquer comment se déroule le suivi des commandes et des livraisons pour les clients France et à l'exportation chez LEONOR GREYL ? Est-ce que l'assistance commerciale offre également des conseils téléphoniques sur les produits aux clients ?
I did not have responses to my emails, from Mrs Sandrine Barbarin!!! poor service
I bought shampoo and masks from Leonor Grey and I paid a fortune... for which I totally regret after having used it. I was shocked with the disappointment because the quality is worse than the worse product on the market...! after paying almost 100 euros. Absolutely to avoid it! The mask left my hair even more dried than it was before... I could not even pass my hair brush. When I went back to the place I have bought it, they said I had to contact directly Leonor Greyl which I did beginning of March 2023. They responded (Sandrine Barbarin) without accepting the products back for refund and one of the affirmations in that response was "With the information we have, it seems like the products you used were not suited to your hair type". This is false, because in my initial email I never mentioned the type of my hair!. I warn for the poor quality of these product and the abusive prices are a shock.

The shampoo did not wash enough my hair and the conditioner left my hair even drier!!!
Horrible product and the worse: super expensive
Just ridiculous!
I called them but they did not care and I just lost over 80 CHF for this rubbish product. And obviously: I threw the product away a to avoid more damage to my hair. This is a rip-off product!!!
