⚠️ Attention potential buyers — My experience with Tiger Properties in Dubai ⚠️

Hello everyone,

I want to share my experience with Tiger Properties in Dubai to inform those planning to invest in real estate.

I signed a contract in 2021 with a planned handover of keys by the end of 2023. However, the delivery was delayed by about a year without official notice 90 days in advance, as required by Dubai law.

Despite multiple requests for a clear delivery date, I received no concrete answers. This delay forced me to pause payments temporarily and then pay the full amount upon handover.

Now, they are demanding penalty fees for the delay, which I dispute, as these penalties are not mentioned in the contract and were never supported by monthly notices as required by local regulations.

I simply want Tiger Properties to fulfill their obligations transparently and communicate clearly to avoid unnecessary disputes.
