we spent 2 months in this residence, for the holidays, renting 990 euros per month under the swimming pool in a sort of furnished room of 10 m2, there was humidity coming from the back wall and the air conditioning was not working. didn't work for 2 weeks, plus in the evening when we were breastfeeding in the pool we saw rats walking quietly down the stairs. We also had a lot of noise with tenants above who were partying all the time. On asked the owner to return our prudence to us, a certain (supprimé par l'administrateur)who refused to return the amounts paid. We had to, since in disaster from this residence to finish our stay at the hotel. In this residence, everything is clear, the owners rent out anything, plus we could never park, there was never room for our car. We do not recommend this residence, bad honest people
