
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
I placed an order with a promised delivery time of 1–3 days via FedEx Priority. Not only did this deadline pass, but I was also given a WRONG tracking number, which forced me to waste two full days contacting FedEx and trying to figure out where my package was.
When I finally managed to locate the order myself, I discovered something unbelievable: the package had not even been shipped.
Customer service has been just as bad. I tried calling multiple times and received absolutely no response. No explanation, no apology, no solution.
I am traveling in three days and urgently needed this product. The lack of professionalism, communication, and honesty is shocking. Promises are made, but clearly not respected.
This company has completely failed to deliver on even the most basic level. I strongly do NOT recommend ordering from them.
