I know the company as a client. My experience as a customer is atrocious. It cannot be worst. One night at 1 am I realized I left my keys at the restaurant I had dinner. As it was too late to call them, I called Securekeys to get my copy. NOBODY picked up the phone. I had 2 telephone numbers to call; each went to voice mail. I send them sms, I continued calling them-no answer. I tried for one hour up to 2 am, when I decided to go to a hotel. They NEVER accepted the facts and they NEVER compensated me for the hotel night.
The second time was as bad. I left my rental place and I had to return all my keys. I asked them to return my keys deposed at Securekeys. I used their application; I called them and had a nice, live conversation with them and agreed to send me the keys. A MONTH LATER the keys were still not returned. By then they admitted that La Poste lost my keys but they had no proof of this. They gave me a "La Poste number" but that number was not recognized by La Poste. Ah, the cherry on the cake was to see that they debited my bank account for the cost of sending me the keys!!! They also refused to recompensate me for the cost of duplicating the keys. Instead they proposed I should send them the only key I had so they can duplicate it by themselves for free. Once I told them the brand of the key, they said "sorry, this is the only brand we cannot duplicate" and then they asked me for the security card that proves that the owner of the apartment is the legal owner of the key. Nobody will give such an incompetent (and fraudulent?) company such a card. So, I had to pay for the lost key myself.
This company is a hack. They are there just to get money from gullible customers like me. Five years of subscription for ZERO results. Better find a friend or put a lockbox somewhere to get access to your keys when you need them. Time efficient, more secure, and available at the time of need.
BEWARE of Securekeys.

Tout est problématique dans cette société : de son management à son organisation auprès de ses partenaires, et pour avoir été l'un d'entre eux je sais de quoi je parle. Et je ne mentionne le traitement humain pour avoir assisté à des échanges entre l'un des fondateur et son équipe.
